Essential

·        BE/B.Tech or equivalent degree in Computer Science or related field.

·        Experience: 2+ years of experience in development

Required Skills/Abilities

·        Hands on experience developing Web based UI using Javascript/Typescript/ReactIS

·        Working knowledge on debugging problems using relevant tools.

·        Firm understanding of Object Oriented principles, design patterns, and software design/architecture best practices.

·        Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly concisely both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities/Accountabilities

·        Write code to develop web based dynamic UI 

·        Collaborate with team members and business partners for problem solving, bug fixes, new feature implementations, work planning and code demonstrations

·        Assist with tear- wide validation of functional correctness, architectural compliance, and adherence to applicable industry standards

·        Collaborate with other teams to coordinate changes to shared interfaces

·        Adhere to team standards for writing and documenting code

• Design, Develop, test and maintain software applications with MVC architectures, Micro services and scalable cloud native apps.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience in building enterprise web application using ReactJS as the frontend framework
• Experience with Redux and React Hooks
• Expert in HTML5, CSS3
• Experience in Bootstrap4 or CSS pre-processor like Less or Sass is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of best practices and modern web design trends is necessary.
• Some experience with modern web-based typography.
• Excel at rapid prototyping and at writing good code.
• Experience with testing/debugging in multiple browsers and platforms.
• Expertise in using Javascript
• Should have worked on REST client and WebSockets
• Should be able to write Unit testing using any one of the frameworks like Cypress, Jasmine, Karma, Jest , Enzyme or any other similar framework.
• Should have experience in either one of the Build scripts like Gulp or Grunt or Webpack
• Low-Latency UI, Page optimization, and bundle build+caching
• Problem-solving and debugging skills
• Component-based architecture

Preferred Experience:

• Architect, Design, implement, and deploy solutions that are reliable and perform at scale in multi-tenant environment.
• Collaborate with UX design group and convert the design to actual UI components and pages to delight users of our cloud platform

• Strong experience in Information Architecture and UI Design experience in delivering concepts, wire frames, prototypes, and compelling visual experiences.
• Possess the knowledge of the Graphic Design, Usability and ability to apply strategic thinking to deliver exceptional end to end user experience
• Expert understanding of strong Standards Based HTML Development as also strong JavaScript and JS libraries / UI Frameworks like Prototype.js, DHTMLX, ExtJS, JQuery (one Framework at the least is a must)
• Strong experience in Vue.JS/Backbone.JS or similar.
• Strong in CSS and AJAX / XML / XSLT / DOM / JSON
• Should have fundamental understanding of JavaScript - OOPs
• Understand Cross Browser issues and client side cookie
• Would expect the successful candidate to be highly proficient in Web Standards including W3C and WCAG
• Possess strong and relevant exposure to Web Accessibility/ Usability
• Would require to be intimately familiar with defining UI Specifications / Guidelines
• Would be essential to possess knowledge of web-based technologies and their impact on the feasibility of design solutions, including the capabilities and limitations of Web Technologies
• Experience in the Retail Domain or working on building Analytical Tools would be a plus
• Very good written and verbal communication skills
