RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take complete ownership of the web application and API back end development
- Finalize User Stories, Tasks, Sprints etc. on JIRA based on the product roadmap
- Estimating delivery timelines and execution of relevant tasks with the team
- As individual contributor, writing clean, functional code on the front- and back-end
- Mentoring junior members of the development team
- Design and develop effective APIs for mobile apps
- Maintain and develop unit and integration tests (rails mini-tests)
- Co-ordinate web application releases with the DevOps team
- Write technical documentation
- Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software
SKILLS
Must have:
- Proven experience as a ROR Developer (individual contributor).
