Key Responsibilities • Responsible for driving customer retention on Flochat. Will own key marketing channels like Facebook/ Instagram and other channels, push & in-app notifications, re-marketing , display advertising • A key part of the responsibility will center around platform marketing to deliver a completely personalized user experience: surfacing the right content through in app notifications • Deep dive into consumer engagement with Flochat. Use this knowledge to identify lapser behaviour and build marketing communication that converts potential lapsed users & light users to engaged users • Communication Strategy: Create advertising promos to drive key priorities: new features, partner offers etc. Campaigns need to be driven by insights gleaned through data mining consumer usage & behavior • Build retention frameworks for customer cohorts and personas, and activate marketing on-platform and re-marketing off-platform customized to the respective cohorts & personas.

Comfort with being held accountable for revenue goals. 10. Strong analytic skills, including experience with quantitative test design, customer segmentation, tracking results and interpreting key learning’s.  11. Good knowledge of Internet technology and applications, including a broad understanding of email and other digital mediums. 12. Managing a team of 4-5 bright minds and at the same time creatively consulting and retaining client for Netcore. 13.
