Roles and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a talented, results-driven channel sales manager to lead our outbound sales team, direct and oversee the organization’s sales strategies to enable new channel partners to generate revenue.

Your Day-Day Activities:

  • Act as a bridge for communication between the customers/ partners and the engineering team
  • Create an effective sales strategy to recruit more channel partners and kick start the revenue stream
  • Manage and guide sales team to attain monthly/annual targets
  • Talk with partners to discuss their evolving needs and assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them
  • Coordinate with partner sales personnel and maximize sales
  • Provide a report of sales key metrics to the founder on a daily/monthly basis
  • Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the partner sales program accordingly
  • Assign tasks to other sales team members and provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
  • Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
  • Educate partners about our product and what we offer
  • Validating partner program collaterals, addressing sales conflicts from the partner side & rectifying it


Requirements:

  1. 4+ years of experience in B2B sales experience, especially in channel partnership
  2. Excellent negotiation skills
  3. Familiarity with CRM software and sales prospect tools
  4. Have a good existing partner network
  5. Ability to build long-lasting relationships with partners
  6. Proven ability to drive the partner sales process from onboard partners to close deals
  7. Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
