We are Looking for

• We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our leadership team.
• We are looking for MBA Grads (1 to 5 years experienced) who can join the party early and be part of the founding team. 
• We have multiple openings.
• Reporting directly to CEO.

Responsibilities

• To lead the responsibility for the business, Contribute to the growth of the company.
• Lead Generation and build and maintain relationships with client
• Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
• Discuss and work with CA/CS firms for all sorts of legal, payroll, accounting, finance, return related tasks.
• Financial modelling.
• Ensure proper operations of the organization. Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance
• Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed
• Analysis of MIS and present company performance reports to the CEO
• Work on CRM and Lead Management.
• Setup various processes in the company.
• Analyzing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the CEO.
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with vendors.
• Assisting the CEO with operational issues.
• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
• Assist HR with recruiting when necessary.
• Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
• Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
• Monitor financial data and recommend solutions that will improve profitability

• Document business or systems as-is/ to-be process,

• Drive business workshops to define requirements
• Develop product backlog and elaborate functional specifications for an IT solution.

• For stakeholders and customers, act as a bridge between the business problems and the technology solutions.

• Develop and manage the outreach strategy across various segments of corporate users i.e., MNCs, start-ups, investors. Develop targeted value propositions for various segments of corporate users

• Conduct regular analysis of platform usage by companies to determine key issues / insights and suggest actions. Weekly follow-ups with key clients and developing client relationships 

• Independently, pitch the concept, manage follow-up, and ensure leads’ questions are answered

• Support design of key strategic initiatives through analytics and primary research and curation of the company side of the platform

• Envision and execute strategic partnerships e.g., industry associations, universities

• Managing own and team’s BD pipeline - tracking communications, success rates, etc.

• Refine the company outreach strategy jointly with the CEO and Marketing teams based on data on skills, usage patterns, success rates for different types of roles and organisations

• Express their operations strategies and objectives to make sure that the company reaches its target and operates effectively.
• Assisting higher executives.
• Working directly with customers handling the documentations.
