As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the identification, analysis and gathering of software requirements and ultimately driving the development and design for the software development team. You will interact with business stakeholders, quality assurance and software development teams. Job Responsibilities • Develop User Stories and Business Requirements to support the development of software application. • Work with Business stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather accurate information for use in the Business Requirement Documents. • Act as a key point of contact between business stakeholders and software engineering teams. • Use a variety of techniques including group sessions and one on one interviews to capture and document requirements. • Provide insight regarding product workflow, consistency, and usability to guide the development and impact of the product for our customers. • Verifying that final product meets the acceptance criteria, preferably through testing platforms • Communicating effectively with developers on explanation of user stories and validating the end implementation of the requirements • Communicating effectively with business stakeholders to acquire user feedback and refine requirements • Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements • Help design, document and maintain system processes • Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team • Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer Key Skills & Experience 1. 3+ years as a Business Analyst 2. Extensive experience writing business requirement documents. 3. Experience developing requirements in an agile environment. 4. Business knowledge with SDLC experience. 5.
