Location - Pune/ Ahmedabad( On site only)
- 2-3 years of extensive experience in working with different bidding portals
- MBA or B.tech in IT or Computer Engineering
- Ability to get closer from the portal
- Primary area of expertise around various bidding portals like upwork, PPH.
- Source new sales opportunities through various bidding channels like Upwork,Guru, PPH and Freelance.
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Proven experience of operating multiple bidding platforms.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Excellent Presentation skills.
- Sound knowledge of IT terminologies
- Should have knowledge and experience of working in a software development company.
- Should be comfortable in client interaction and proposal writing
- Review of RFP, RFQ and RFI shared by the clients, understanding document and submit the proposal accordingly.
- Email Etiquette, Proposal Writing, Follow-up and Requirement Gathering.
- Understanding the Demand and Supply of Software Outsourcing, Web Design, Web Development, Mobile App Development.
- Responsible for Online Bidding on Upwork, Guru, Freelancer etc.
- Maintain a list of bids placed with response for learning and knowledge enhancement.

Responsibilities // To Do
- You will be responsible for building an accurate database of customer data that enables the demand generation and sales teams to develop and implement effective outreach strategies.
- Creating search criteria based on buyer personas and implementing the criteria in data tools.
- Preparing a Gsheet database output of contact data, Checking the output and making sure it is free of errors.
- Social media tools handle – Facebook , LinkedIn etc.
- Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts.
- Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
- Identifying new revenue opportunities.
- Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business.
- Maintaining and updating sales, marketing and business development documentation.
- Have knowledge about online lead generation, Wrap up Operation.
- Support the team with other responsibilities as required.
