Designation - Area Sales Manager
Qualification – Any Graduate, Preferably B Pharm, M Pharm, MBA
Experience – Min 5 years
- Devising, reviewing and reporting on the strategy for business development in line with the strategic objectives of the organisation
- Planning, formulating and implementing marketing strategies and promotions to increase market penetration and to drive revenue & profitability by maximizing sales
- Formulating, developing and implementing yearly business strategies to ensure attainment of revenue goals and profitable sell-through
- Managing, training and providing overall guidance to the sales of an assigned territory
- Steering business operations for the profit center with a view to realize pre-planned sales and revenue targets; formulating profit center budget for operational / business development activities

Stipend: 10kpm-15kpm
1.Working closely with the manager or assigned staff member, and completing all allocated tasks.
2.Conducting cold calling ,interacting with the customers,gathering information through surveys or by speaking to clients and staff.
3.Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions.
4.Liaising with clients, vendors, and suppliers on behalf of the company's managers.
5.Updating documents and sales records.
6.Achieving sales performance against sales targets.
7.Observing and carrying out sales processes.
8.Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions.
9.Assisting managers with negotiations.
10.Keeping a log of everything learned and delivering presentations to staff and other stakeholders.

1.Post graduation degree in marketing, business or similar is must.
2. Must have own two wheeler,driving licence is required.
3.Strong self-motivation.

Requirements:
- 10-12 years of proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role is required

- Strong market knowledge of enterprise SaaS and technology
- Strong Interpersonal skills (outgoing and personable)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (verbal, written & presentation)
- Excellent organization, prioritization and time management skills.
