DailyRounds is a healthcare startup focused on organizing "Knowledge of practice of Medicine" and building a community of Doctors (and healthcare professionals). We hold the largest IP (intellectual property) in clinical medicine in India. We hope to put this IP, network, and our best efforts to help Doctors improve how they diagnose and treat. We are a diverse team of 300 people based in Bangalore. We are product-driven. We believe businesses should scale and be profitable. In April 2019 M3 India, the Indian subsidiary of Japanese Healthtech company M3 (one of the largest healthcare networks globally, listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange), picked up a majority stake in DailyRounds to foray into a case-based problem-solving, community platform, and medical test preparation business in India.

Job Location: Bengaluru

• 3-6 Years of experience as an iOS Application Developer.
• Have a deep understanding of the UIKit framework.
• Must have experience working with MVVM (POP preferred).
• Experience working with Realm.
• Sound knowledge of Cocoa-pods or SPM (Great to have an Open Source Pod)

Job description

1. To design and build advanced applications for the iOS platform.
2. Client Interaction.

5. To design, develop, test and implement an iOS application as well as continue production of new versions of the application.

Experience -

1. 1-3 years Experience required.
2. Good knowledge of interface builder, Core animation, Swift and Object oriented concepts.
3. Strong working knowledge of HTML5 & CSS, MySQL, and JavaScript.
4. Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends and emerging technologies.
5. Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
6. The familiarity with frameworks & web technologies.

• Own the delivery of multiple features of the product end to end while hands-on in development as well
• Advocate best development practices such as continuous integration/continuous delivery, automation (testing and infrastructure) and code modularity, extensibility, quality
• Adopt security- first approach in the product development and ensure automated and manual security checks in place across the delivery pipeline
• Lead by example and mentor other developers in the team both technically and professionally
• Support other Senior Product Engineers and contribute to their growth professionally
• Work with  tech leads and the team to ensure shared technology vision and develop state of the art design and architecture for any product development
• Work with other functions such as testing, analysis, infra management, support to ensure faster delivery of products

• Familiar with Android Jetpack components (Must)
• Idea/Experience of MVC/MVVM and MVP
• At least 1 live application on Playstore. (Must)
• Good debugging and problem-solving skills.

Good to have

• Idea/experience in RxJava, RxKotlin
• Idea/experience of unit and instrumentation testing in Android
• Knowledge of Web RTC.
• Experience with tools like Git, Jira, Basecamp, BitBucket, Azure DevOps would be an advantage.
• Good to have experience working with IOT projects, Bluetooth technologies
• Active Open Source, GitHub or Stack Overflow contribution will be a big plus
