For this role, the candidate should be determined to work autonomously and assist in more complex HR duties, like posting job ads, coordinating interviews and contacting candidates.Ultimately, the candidate should be able to ensure our HR department is organized and operates to attract, hire and maintain our employees.As a Payroll Specialist Marmeto offers the following flexibility:We are looking for a candidate who wants to establish himself/herself as a knowledgeable Payroll Specialist to process and manage the company’s payroll. The candidate will be the one to calculate wages based on hours worked and administer payments.As a payroll specialist, the candidate should be able to use explain all the technicalities in payments easily and efficiently. The candidates can be good with numbers and will be trusted with sensitive information. They also will get a chance to polish themselves in having great communication skills to interact with colleagues and executives.The goal is to ensure personnel receives the correct compensation in a timely manner. Also, the Company is benefitted in the best possible manner.As a Recruiter Marmeto offers the following flexibility:We are looking for a candidate who is determined to be a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.Responsibilities as an HR Specialist:-Take Great care of the Company Culture -Take Great care of the team -Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) -Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc) -Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) -Deal with team members requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations -Communicate with public services when necessary -Properly handle complaints and grievance proceduresResponsibilities as a Payroll Specialist:-Gather information on working of each employee -Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc. -Administer statements of payment to personnel either electronically or on paper -Process taxes and payment of employee benefits -Keep track of hourly rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information etc. -Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors -Prepare reports for the Company, finance department etc.Responsibilities as a Recruiter:-Design and implement overall recruiting strategy -Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications -Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives -Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc -Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc -Screen candidates resume and job applications -Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule -Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes -Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team -Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process -Promote the company’s reputation as “best place to work”
