Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Project Roles: You'll take on more significant & diverse project roles, such as leading the development of entire features or subsystems. You'll collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. You'll be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of project tasks, including coordinating with other team members and resolving any issues or dependencies. Your project roles will contribute directly to the achievement of project milestones and goals.

System Design: You'll be an active contributor in system design, architectural discussions and proposing design solutions for new features or enhancements. You'll work closely with consultants and fellow engineers to ensure that designs align with overall system architecture and scalability requirements. Your system design skills will be crucial in shaping the future evolution and growth of the solution..

Learning & Development: You'll take ownership of your learning and development journey, seeking out opportunities to expand your technical expertise and skills. You'll actively participate in training programs, workshops, and conferences to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices. Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in cloud computing principles and infrastructure technology, with hands-on experience across various cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and other cloud service providers.

Strong grasp of networking concepts, including advanced understanding of IP addressing, DNS, and routing protocols.

Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues, such as optimizing server configurations and diagnosing network connectivity problems.

Comprehensive understanding of customer operations and workflows, with a proven track record of identifying pain points and implementing solutions for process improvement.Advanced understanding of immersive technologies such as AR, VR, and mixed reality, and their application in creating digital and physical showroom experiences.

TECHNOLOGY MUST HAVES:

• Strong coding skills in HTML/CSS/JavaScript essential for building interactive and responsive user interfaces
• Proficient in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch
• Extensive knowledge of SCSS/SASS pre-processor and CSS Variables 
• Implemented solutions using design systems or CSS libraries- Tailwind CSS, Material UI or Bootstrap
• Strong understanding of User Experience (UX) principles to develop wireframes and prototypes and ensuring the UI aligns with user needs and expectations

• Streamline the development process and enhance code reusability with front-end frameworks and libraries like React, Angular or Vue.js

• Prior experience with CMS tools like Hubspot, Sitefinity or Wordpress/Joomla is essential

• Proficient in API consumption and knowledge of API creation to enable seamless integration of web applications
• Experienced with version control systems such as GIT

In Person Meetings & Travel Expectations:

In-Person Team Meetings: Regular attendance for in-person team meetings is required.

Responsibilities

Design and build applications for Android & iOS platform using React native

Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.

Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features

Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs

Write clean, well-documented, and testable code

Follow best practices for mobile development and maintain high standards of software quality.

Familiar with Agile software development

Analyzing user needs and software requirements to determine the feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.

Participating in code reviews and adhering to styles and standards for code quality

Work closely with other developers and stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of projects.

Coordinate with the cross-functional teams to build apps in stipulated time

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in building React Native applications.

Basic knowledge in building native android or iOS applications.

In-Depth Knowledge of React, React Native, Javascript, TypeScript, Redux, Middlewares, Hooks, ECMAScript(ES6, ES7 etc.), Node, NPM, yarn and iOS & Android Build systems.

Experience working with Backend Web Services (like REST, GraphQL etc), Fetch API, Axios and knowledge of Databases.

Proficient experience in developing web applications using any React framework.

Familiarity working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts.

Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle , Android Studio.

Knowledge of type checking, unit testing, and code debugging.

Experience with app store and playstore distribution process

Logical thinking and strong analytical reasoning are a must.

Hands on experience in Object Oriented Programming, Database programming, Algorithms, Data Structures

Experience with database frameworks such as SQLite, Realm DB etc.

Proficient in code versioning tools including Git, and SVN.

Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications

Familiarity with continuous integration

Working knowledge in TDD and Unit Testing

Production level experience with AWS cloud platform and its core services.

Good understanding of the network layer (TCP/UDP, Ports, Firewall, NAT, Subnets, VPC, VPN)

Hands on providing solutions for Redshift and Aurora and other databases.

Experience in release management using CodePipeline and Bitbucket

Big Data solutions on AWS using Firehose, Kinesis, Redshift etc.

Serverless Microservice solution using Lambda, AppSync, ECS etc

Experience on working with Microservices based architectures.

Experience and understanding of hosting and maintaining applications on Docker containers.

Hands on Experience on hosting, maintaining and monitoring highly available, fault tolerant and disaster recovery applications. (Load Balancing, Autoscaling and various deployment strategies)

Strong experience working on Linux based infrastructure.

Incidence management, performing root cause analysis and excellent troubleshooting skills.

Infrastructure automation using AWS CloudFormation Terraform and other tools in the HashiCorp Suite.

Exposure to different phases of software development life cycle.

Experience of working with Service Oriented Architecture.

Production level experience of configuring and maintaining databases ( MongoDB, Postgres, MySQL, etc)

Good to have : 

AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer, or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator are highly desirable.
