Menias is seeking a talented Web and Graphic Designer to contribute innovative ideas and help realize our vision for the future. The Web/Mobile and Graphic Designer will be a member of the Creative team and should enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. In this position, the Web/Mobile and Graphic Designer will create visual communications for Web, Mobile and digital media.
Responsibilities:
Generate graphical concepts and wireframes, and working prototypes
Concept and develop marketing graphics, Mobile screens, web pages, microsites, emails, e-newsletters and print collateral
Translate business and marketing objectives into designs that are clear, compelling, visually exciting and emotionally engaging
Implement design requests and provide ongoing maintenance including troubleshooting to existing website and Mobile screens
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Mad design chops are a must; let's see that portfolio
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Comfort with basic HTML, CSS and JavaScript (jQuery)
Familiarity with the basic tenets of A/B Testing and data-driven design
Familiarity with the basic tenets of UI, UX and CX
The ability to minimize ego, take ownership, take criticism, take direction, and occasionally eat crow with a beamingly positive attitude
Not required, but a definite plus:
Working knowledge of .NET
Fundamental understanding of SEO, PPC and email marketing
